Revenue and orders
Revenue, number of orders, average order and refunded orders, by currency and against the previous period. Your store sends the orders to Conseto through the order intake, set up once by hand.
Cart and checkout
Add-to-cart, started checkouts and purchases over a period. The agent works out checkout abandonment when you ask. It needs the e-commerce events from the script.
Conversions
Conversions by kind (form, contact, download, purchase) and their value. The script reports conversions and your store reports orders, so their counts may differ.
Order status
Orders by status (placed, paid, shipped, delivered, cancelled, refunded) and by day.
Products
Product views, add-to-carts and purchases by product, when your store sends product events. The agent can tell you which product gets looked at but not bought.
Refunds
The number of refunded orders in the Data views. The agent works out the refund value.
Works with Shopify and WooCommerce
You add the script to Shopify or WooCommerce. Purchases into the e-commerce view take a one-time manual setup.
