Free keeps 30 days, Starter a year, Business two years. Enterprise is by agreement. Drop to a lower plan and the older data is deleted, so export what you need first.
Yes. Write to us and we stop it at the end of the period you have paid for. While we invoice our first customers by hand there is no self-service cancel button, and we would rather say so than show one that does nothing.
Billing for our first customers currently runs individually, on invoice.
Yes, Conseto is fully GDPR compliant. We offer cookieless tracking mode, EU data residency, and built-in consent management. Your data stays in the EU.
A switch the site operator can turn on to keep measuring even after a visitor refuses. It is off by default, we never turn it on for anyone, and it is the operator's own decision and responsibility under GDPR. We name it here rather than hide it: an unwritten exception on a compliance product is worse than the exception itself.
